Reservations Clerk
Job Details: A reservation Clerk is responsible for assisting customers with the booking process, making sure all reservations have been appropriately processed. This includes the signing and filing of paperwork and billing.
Dockhand
Job Details: A Deckhand is responsible for cleaning and preparing the watercrafts, assisting guest with loading and unloading, fitting guest into life vest and providing orientations of the watercraft and area of navigation.
Boat Captain
Job Details: A Boat Captain is just that, a boat captain. They are responsible for captaining Charters and Tours. It is there job to provide guest with a stress free and safe day on the water. This may include grouped and private tours or a specific type of charter for fishing, snorkeling or a beach/sandbar. Captains are responsible for their assigned watercraft. This means the preparation and cleaning between trips.
Management
Job Details: Managers are responsible for the management of a location and its staff. This includes payroll, scheduling team members, store keeping, ordering supplies and equipment.
Advertisement
Job Details: An advertiser will be responsible for the management of our social media pages and promotions. This includes Facebook, YouTube, Emailing, Instagram, Google, Website design and updates, flyers/brochures, photography/video and other forms of advertisements.
Mechanic
Job Details: Mechanic staff are in charge of the maintenance and upkeep of the rental fleet as well as trailers and company vehicles. This includes service of motors, wiring/rigging and installations, repairs and service maintenance of our trailers and vehicle fleet.
Fiberglass Repair
Job Details: Fiberglass crews are responsible for making repairs of watercrafts to keep the rental fleet in good condition. This includes fiberglass and jell coat repairs big or small, sanding, buffing and detailing.
Deliveries and Pickups
Job Details: Delivery team members are responsible for transporting watercrafts to/from customers location, transporting watercraft between rental locations by land or sea, trailers, company vehicles or other equipment, running errands or any other services the company needs.
Detailers
Job Details: Detailers are responsible for preserving the appearance of the fleet. This includes deep cleaning, buffing and detailing the watercrafts and company vehicles.
