Is fuel included?
Fuel is included on captained charters and tours but not all Boat Rentals. There are some exceptions, please confirm with your reservation clerk if your reservation is fuel included when making your booking.
Is a deposit/hold on my card required?
Yes, we do require a $750 deposit/hold for Boat Rentals, this hold will be put on your card at the time of pickup. See more here on our Deposit Policy
Do I pay in full for my reservation or pay a percentage when booking?
Yes, we do charge the full amount upfront when securing your reservation for all services.
What is the cancellation policy?

Are boats sanitized between guest?
Yes, all boats go through a rigorous sanitation process upon return to keep boats clean and ready for next use.
Are shoes allowed?
No, we do not allow shoes on the boats. If you would like to wear socks or other nonskid footwear on the boat please change into those prior to boarding.
Are Pets Allowed?
Pets are allowed on on Boat Rentals and Private Tours. Pets are NOT allowed on grouped Tours.
Are your boats handicap accessible?
Not all, please state your needs before hand when making your reservation and we will try to fit you in the appropriate watercraft.
How far should I reserve ahead of time?
At least two weeks out when possible. For holidays and special occasions please do so immediately as soon as you know what dates you want. Last minute availability sometimes happens but is not always guaranteed.
Do your boats have shade coverage?
Most boats have some sort of a top for shade covered. While t-tops offer some for the driver, most popular is the Bimini covers because they offer the most protection. Be sure to read the watercrafts specs when selecting your boat.
Do the boats have depth gauges?
Yes
What are the navigational boundaries?
To see your specific navigational boundaries for the area you will boating type in your zip code in the locations search bar, choose your destination and scroll down the page to “Navigational Boundaries”.
Can I keep the boat at my location overnight if I rent for multiple days?
Yes, we do charge an overnight fee of $12/night but you may keep it at your location. Please make sure you have made dockage arrangements with where you are staying.
Are boats allowed out at night?
No, boats may only be used between sunrise and sunset.
Can we pull inter tubes?
No, we do not allow anything or anyone to be towed with the water-crafts
Can I put insurance on my rental?
Yes, it is a requirement.
